What is the typical Executive Coaching process?

- The typical executive coaching engagement is six months, though it can extend longer and even last for years. This longer time frame allows for learning to happen, and for your coaching work to become integrated.
- We’ll start with a questionnaire to define your goals, and a personality assessment to create a foundation for self-awareness.
- Metrics will be established through interviews with stakeholders
- We’ll meet weekly for 60 to 90-minute sessions.
- At the end of the agreement, we will conduct interviews with your stakeholders to compare your pre- and post-coaching performance.
- The entire process is positive, enlightening and motivating.
