I expanded my services to executive coaching for one reason: I know firsthand the challenges of being an executive. “Lonely at the top” was something I experienced in my executive roles, and only wished I had a coach by my side to guide me, listen, give me reality checks, call me on my stuff, and be committed to my growth.
Executive development is a critical aspect of all organizations. There are different reasons an executive will reach out to me. They may be experiencing challenges with communication with their team. Perhaps they’re looking for a change or a new perspective. They could be feeling stuck in moving the organization forward. More than anything, they are looking for a “chief of staff,” a counsel to their role. A wise executive, like a seasoned athlete, knows they need a coach to further their personal development and the success of the team.
Facilitating your growth and consciousness as a leader is my priority. My work with you is customized, and always confidential.
