Sally Srok is a proven entrepreneur and wine executive with over 20 years of experience building wineries, restaurants and retail businesses. Her specialty is creating and implementing marketing strategies for family-owned and founder-run brands. As the President of Direct-to-Consumer for Francis Ford Coppola Winery, she launched and developed the DTC businesses of two wineries and five restaurants with 20% to 54% increase in profits year over year. She also project managed the building of Werowocomoco Restaurant at Virginia Dare Winery.
Sally has been active in the many community associations including board positions for the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber of Commerce, the YWCA of Sonoma County, Santa Rosa Junior College, Concierge Alliance of Napa Valley and Sonoma, and Healdsburg Visitor Center. She is a frequent speaker on Leadership and as a Direct to Consumer Specialist, including for Sonoma State MBA Alumni, Young Professionals Network Summit of the Metro Chamber of Commerce, Napa Valley College, and Leadership Santa Rosa. She completed the Ritz Carlton Service Excellence Training Certificate and the University of California-Davis Wine Executive program. Sally also teaches Direct-to-Consumer Marketing as adjunct faculty for the Santa Rosa Junior College.
Sally is a published author and a contributor to business magazines including Harvard Business Review, Wine Business, and Inc Magazine. She earned her Masters of Arts Degree in Integral Psychology with an emphasis on Organizational Development from John F. Kennedy University.
